The book, "Stormbreaker", starts with the death of Alex Rider's uncle, Ian Rider. His uncle died in a car crash or so it seems. When investigating the tragic death of his uncle, he goes to the junkyard that had his uncle's car, he finds out something surprising. Alex's uncle wasn't killed in a crash, his uncle was killed by a gun shot. Through his many adventures, Alex comes face-to-face with the murderer of Ian Rider.

This is the first book in the Alex Rider Adventure series. I have enjoyed this mystery/action adventure .

I highly suggest this book to anyone who likes a thrilling book.I liked this book because it kept me wanting to read more and more of it with each page. Even though this is a movie now, I suggest reading the book, it is much better.

This book fits under the genre of mystery because the main character is searching for answers behind a murder.
