A Wrinkle in Time

A Wrinkle in Time
by: Madeleine L'Engle
ISBN: 0440498058

It all started in a stormy night. The Murray’s were having a midnight snack. A strange lady was knocking on their door. Mrs. Murray let the strange lady, Mrs. Whatsit in. Mrs. Murray was very nice to the strange woman even though she did not know who she really was. When Mrs. Whatsit started to talk about the tesseract, Mrs. Murray would be shocked and surprised because her husband was lost in the tesseract, or the time travel, and so Meg Murray and her youngest psychic brother Charles goes into an adventure for the search of their dad. Calvin, Meg’s friend and Mrs. Who, Which, and Whatsit decided to take a space trip with them. The evil monster named IT which looks like a huge brain, was trying to take over the world. IT was in a planet named Camazotz. Meg had to fight against the evil, she had no choice, because IT got her brother.
Meg’s weird friends Mrs. Who, Mrs. Which and Mrs. Whatsit gave her enough weapons to fight against IT. Find out if Meg can ever save her father and brother and if she would defeat the evil.

I liked this book because it shows how the characters struggled and learned a lesson during their adventure. It shows how people care about each other and that love is a strong weapon according to this story. I recommend this book to people who are in to adventerous books, they should like it. In my opinion, there wasn't really anything i did not like in this book, so I guess it would be a good book for people to read.
