This book was about Rand al’Thor the Dragon Reborn, Mat Cauthon, and Perrin Aybara and their adventure. In the beginning of the book Rand was gathering the strongest armies that the world had ever seen. His armies were based on the Aiel, Cairhien, Tear, Andor, and Mayene to attack Illian where Sammael, one of the thirteen Forsaken was ruling. While Mat leading the army, Rand decides to give the Sun Throne in Cairhien to Elayne Trakand the Daughter-Heir of Queen Morgase of Andor. But while ruling Andor and Cairhien for Elayne, Rand was captured by thirteen Aes Sedai (number required to shield male Aes Sedai).
I liked the book because I like fiction books like the Wheels of Times or Redwall Series. It’s interesting how Rand, Mat, and Perrin tried to save the whole from Shai’tan or the Dark One. There’s lot of adventure and action while the story goes on. Some of the parts are resemblance to how real people think and react.
